We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Account Manager/Recruiter to join our team. As an Account Manager/Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company. This will turn into a full time opportunity down the line.
Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidate suitability
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Understanding of human resources principles and practices
- Ability to effectively negotiate job offers and contracts
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines
- Familiarity with payroll systems is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
